This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Darcy, the 'Captain Hook and Smee' costume creator:
Our little girls are in handmade costumes. The Hook wig is made from polar fleece material.
The trim on Hook's jacket is Christmas ribbon bought on clearance after the holidays. This is the cheapest way to The clothing was made by me. I did not use patterns.
The Hook hat was made from fabric and wire.
