This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sharda, the 'Borg' costume creator:
I did this costume as an ode to star trek next generation since I am a borg fan.
The entire armour was made of crafting foam, the headpiece was an old headband and foam pieces and a led and battery pack was attached to it. El wire was used to add lighting and the armour pieces were painted with acrylics.
Costume cost was approximately 100us in materials.
