This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brian, the 'Big Bird & Oscar the Grouch' costume creator:
Made from scratch. Saw a dress in department store that looked like feathers. I tried it on. Felt a little weird but knew it would be perfect. Purchased boas, pipe cleaners, yellow shirt, fluffy pink fabric, batting. Used a down pillow for fill. Oscars costume had torn strips of green fabric, garbage pail lid.
