This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

Belle from Beauty and The Beast
I have always wanted to be a princess when I was younger and absolutely loved Belle as my favorite Disney princess. I made and worn the costume all myself. I choose her simple blue dress for it was easier to make for the money and time I had, but I would love to create her yellow ball gown someday. I also recreated her rose. I had worn it for the first time to a princess party for little girls that was held at my work. It was great seeing the excited looks on their faces and taking pictures with all of them, knowing I made them feel special.
