This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marcelina, the 'Belle, Beauty and the Beast' costume creator:
Both costumes are hand-made. Fun fact: The yellow Belle-dress was made from my old high school prom dress. It used to be pink so I dyed it yellow and added more ruffles, etc.
