This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Lisa, the 'Beheaded Marie Antoinette' costume creator:

I used a roller backpack as the extention to the upper torso. Secured a upper torso mannequin and dressed it in the black blouse and attached bloody gloves to the end of that. Used layer after layer of black fabric and black mesh to fill the lower part of the gown to make it full and counter my body in the front. I filled the neck stump with gelatine and fake blood. Teased up my hair and slapped on a distressed beauty makeup. Threw on a pearl necklace for my hair piec. This cost about $70 to make and spent about 8 hours
Overall to make. This idea came from a website online... Can't remember the name! I hope you like it as much as my town did!

Hi Lily! Thanks!!! I could, but it would
Probably be cheaper for you to do it. I would charge $200 for this type of costume fabrication. Plus shipping charges. I won the Best Costume last year with this guy. There was not a soul around that didn't go crazy over it. I am an FX artist and have my own shop. PRNfx is my Instagram. You should follow me and check out all my fx work and a few of the Halloween masks I've made.
