A word from Stephanie, the 'Beetlejuice Family' costume creator:

We decided on a Beetlejuice theme for our family costume this year. I sculpted the Barbara and Adam Maitland stretched face masks from construction foam sheets and then painted them. Beetlejuice's costume started as a white suit and I sewed black satin ribbon stripes all over. I melded two wigs together and then painted the forehead with acrylic and skin adhesive. The Lydia Deetz costume is an embellished red satin dress with yards and yards of red gathered tulle. Add a vintage 80s floral dress to Barbara, the black and white check shirt with khakis to Adam and voila! I give you Beetlejuice!

Amazing costume! That is my favorite scene from that movie - cracks me up. That and where they put traditional sheets over their heads to scare the new family too. Haha
