This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Beaker' costume creator:
My daughter asked to be Beaker from the muppets. I made a cage from dowel rods and crochet hoops. I spray painted foam and glued it to the internal cage structure. I used spray adhesive for the mesh inside and the hair. I fashioned a shirt from gingham and the tie from ribbon and used adhesive to stabilize and glue to bottom. The pants and jacket came from goodwill.
