This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Erin, the 'A Starry Night with Van Gogh' costume creator:
I was feeling artsy, so I created this Van Gogh mash-up by myself. Painted the jacket and hat. Created the frame out of styrofoam using a hot knife for the details. The make-up didn't take very long to do. Got the jacket from Goodwill and the hat from Party City. Whole costume probably cost me $30 with everything and it was quite fun to make!
