This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Douglas, the '3 Year Old Pennywise' costume creator:
Homemade costume for my 3 year old daughter who absolutely loved dressing up for Halloween. She was thrilled to be a "scary clown"
The costume was made with a couple yards of fabric from Wal-Mart. Overall cost was only about $20.
